How to Cancel REI Xtreme Access Club Subscriptions

You can cancel your REI Xtreme Access Club billing by simply submitting a ticket to our help desk.  We will notify you once your billing has been cancelled.

Important: You MUST cancel your REI Xtreme Access Club membership before your next billing period.  We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. 

Please note: Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST.  Any tickets submitted after that time will be answered on the following business day.
