Audio Not Working

Check that your speakers are turned up and you are not using a headset but not wearing the headset

If the audio problem persists, please try reloading the page by clicking refresh on your browser. 

If the problem is persistent, please log out of the course and log back in

If there is still a problem, restart your machine or upgrade your browser to check that you are running the latest audio codec plugins and are up to date with all software necessary for streaming online video
