Property Umbrella requires bandit signs?

Question:

In the sales video, you state that we can perform all the functions of this program online or on the phone, while sitting in our house. But then during your case study interview with Jeff and Maxine Burton, they state that their deal only came after putting out 50 bandit signs around their city. I am not interested in putting up bandit signs since they are illegal in my area and I can't get out of the house to go meet buyers or sellers or put up bandit signs since I don't have a car. Are you saying that we actually need a car and to be able to drive around, and possibly put up illegal bandit signs, in order to have as good of a success on this program as Jeff and Maxine?

Answer:

The training program is not based around bandit signs. The program is based on showing our students what actually works in todays market.

There are multiple strategies we use and we show them in the training. There are also sacrifices you have to make when you are building a business. Your sacrifices will determine your level or success or NON success.

We never said it would be easy and we never said it would be done 100% online.
