Our Support Policy
The REI Education Academy office is located on Pennsylvania and we work and provide support in Eastern Standard Time (-5 GMT Timezone). Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST. Any tickets submitted after that time will be answered on the following business day.
Our office is not open on the following US holidays:
New Years Day
We always strive to offer the best possible support, but please be aware that outside of our support hours your support requests will be answered the following working day. Again, our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST. Any tickets submitted after that time will be answered on the following business day.
Limitation of Support:
Our support staff can handle the following support issues for you:
- Account access
- Account cancellation
- Technical Support (viewing videos, downloading documents, accessing websites, etc)
- And other issues like these...
Support Does NOT Include:
- Coaching type questions
- How-To questions (example: how to fill out a contract, how to find properties, etc)
- Questions related to the course you've purchased
- Or Any other questions like these
Any of these questions can be answered in the program you've purchased. They can also be answered in the forums that are in the member's area of the program you've purchase (if applicable). If you are in one of our coaching programs, then please contact the coaching department.
