Refund

All customers are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchasing any of our programs with the exception of the following:


1. There are no refunds on coaching programs

2. You MUST cancel ANY monthly memberships before your next billing period.  We do not offer refunds on subscription payments.  Also, when you do cancel you will lose all access to the software or program immediately, so we suggest canceling toward the end of the term you've paid for.

3. You must receive a refund back to your original card that you provided. WE DO NOT OFFER CHECK REFUNDS. 


If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the membership program immediately. Also, you will not be billed anymore.


If you would a refund on a non subscription based product and you are within the 30 day money back guarantee period, please submit a ticket and we will notify you when you are refunded.

Please allow 3-5 business days AFTER the refund has been issued for your refund to show on your bank account or credit card statement.


Please note: Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST.  Any tickets submitted after that time will be answered on the following business day.
