Can't access course
If you cannot access the course:
1. check to see that you are logging into the members area of the proper site to the corresponding course you purchased
2. check that your username and password are the same that you received in your welcome email
3. if you changed your password, please use your updated password and not your original password
4. If you cannot log in, reset your password or submit a support ticket to have it reset manually. Please include your email address you purchased with when getting a manual reset on passwords
5. If the pages do not load or the videos are not there, please close and restart your browser, and repeat steps 1-4 as necessary
