If you did not get your login and password
Check your spam folder in your email address that you used when making the purchase and look for the email from orders@reieducationacademy.com
If you received no email, please look for an email receipt for your purchase from the merchant processor and recheck your spam or other email filtering technologies for the missing email
If you cannot find this information for the courses, please submit a support ticket and we will assist you. Please include your email you purchased with in your communication
For physical products, please submit a support ticket with whatever is missing and we will assist immediately. Please include as much detail as possible
Please note: Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST. Any tickets submitted after that time will be answered on the following business day.
